Meet Your Registered Dietitian

Alison Unger, MPH, RDN, LDN, CDCES

Alison is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who will guide and coach you through diet and lifestyle changes to promote better health. She has 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working with individuals and groups with different nutrition needs. This includes but is not limited to those with Cardiovascular Disease, weight management, and gastrointestinal disorders. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), she is passionate about Diabetes prevention and management.


Services Offered

All nutrition counseling will be conducted through Zoom. An email confirmation and Zoom link will be sent one to two days prior to visit. During an initial consultation, I may ask questions about your food preferences, eating habits and most importantly your goals for our sessions. I encourage you to bring a list of questions you may have to our session. Follow up visits monitor and evaluate the goals we have established and your progress towards those goals.
